Passbook for the Disabled - Shintai Shogaisha Techo

City Hall issues a Passbook for the Disabled for those who are physically disabled (limbs, hearing, sight, verbal, heart, kidney, respiratory), documenting the type and level of the disability. Depending on the level of disability, this passbook entitles the holder to various types of aid.

Care-Growth Passbook - Ryoiku Techo

The Ryoiku Techo (Care-Growth Passbook) is issued to mentally disabled residents. Various types of assistance is available depending on the level of disability.

Mental Health Welfare Passbook - Seishin Hoken Fukushi Techo

The Seishin Hoken Fukushi Techo (Mental Health Welfare Passbook) is issued to mentally disabled residents. Various types of assistance are available depending on the level of disability.

Wakayuri Gakuen

Wakayuri Gakuen is a center for people who are physically and mentally disabled. It guides and trains these individuals from infancy to adulthood through an integrated system according to age and disability.
The school includes a Welfare Center for the Physically Disabled, as well as various other types of facilities. Each facility provides guidance and training activities for their respective purposes.
