Kawaguchi Science Museum (science world)
The Science Museum was opened in May 2003 in Skip City. It consists of
three facilities – a science exhibit hall, a planetarium and an
observatory. Why not visit the Science Museum and see, touch and
experience the mysteries of science?
Science Exhibit Hall
This exhibit hall has about 40 objects you can touch and move, as well as various events, such as Sunday Science Shows, Doki-Doki (Exciting) Science programs and Saturday Waku-Waku (Fun) Work programs.
Planetarium
The planetarium offers programs, which are approximately 50 minutes long, on seasonal changes and beautiful starry skies, things that are close to nature.
Observatory
The observatory is open to the public free of charge on Saturdays
for one hour after sunset if the weather is clear.
